by minimizing the amount of written content

Videos and screen captures

• One image is often more explicit than 1000 words. Videos are

therefore often embedded into our e-learning modules

• Using the software Adobe Captivate®, we can create a video

explaining the different actions that can be performed with the

mouse on the screen of the computer

Assessment

• We recommend that you include a quiz at the end of each e-

Learning module to assess trainees’ understanding

• Various options are available: multiple choice, selection of multiple

responses, true/false, random order of answers, and many other

interactive possibilities, random selection of questions from a “bank

of questions”

• Successful completion of the quiz can be a condition required to

successfully complete the training or to gain access to another

module

• We can link our own reporting tool to a quiz to give an overview of

who completed the test and the scores obtained

Certificate

• When a trainee completes a quiz successfully, a certificate can be

added to the training log as proof of training

• The certificate is adapted according to the department or company

graphical chart

Learning Management System (LMS)

• Once the e-Learning module is developed, you can choose how

you would like the e-Learning to be delivered to you

• Each course can be stand-alone on a CD or easily implemented

into your own Learning Management System (LMS)

• We can do the hosting for you. The e-Learning remains on our

network and your users are provided with a log-in and password to

access the e-learning modules
