> WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

-  A flat area for camping implantation with aprox. 1000 to 1500 square meters, this area needs to be limited with appropriated fence (pictures as reference), leaving only one access for people to access the camping and be controlled. During setup works entrance will be adjusted for truck and fork lift access.

-  Regular exterior lighting appropriated for the area, as we believe you already planned for free camping.

-  Toilet Male / Female separated container with light, mirror and mains water, if needed we can use portable ones, but the concept works better and 100% with container toilets, as people is paying for a unique service, the toilets and shower for daily hygiene makes the difference.

-  Shower Male/ Female separated containers with light, mirror and hot main water.

-  About 32 amps single phase, for toilets, showers, lighting, Kitchen and reception where we have a fridge, laptops, printers and guests (phones, cameras…) charging spot.

-  One all terrain fork lift, Manitou type, this will strongly help our crew and will increase their work in the field.

-  4 local volunteers male / female able body for setup (to be adjusted by shifts and local laws), English speaking would be appreciated, however in our crew we have French, English, Spanish and Portuguese, speaking people. This local support would be nice but not mandatory, just to make things run faster and get local people involved with SEA experience.

-  4 Local volunteers male / female working in shifts of two (2) in the morning and afternoon, English speaking would be appreciated, however among our crew we have French, English, Spanish and Portuguese, speaking people. We love to have local people involved with SEA experience.

-  Festival access wristbands to see the shows, both for crew and Volunteers.

-  Meal tickets and access to Festival Catering (we pay for that), if possible, for our crew ( 4 to 6 people), otherwise we make some local arrangements for the necessary meals, however and from our experience, Festival Catering is the best option and works better.

-  Security is obviously an extra cost to promoter, would be great to have one person nearby, but we understand if that’s not possible, however would be nice to have an easy access to ask some support if required, usually everything runs smooth in the camping and our all time crew can handle it, but is good to have some professional around, just in case.

14

Page 15: Sleep'em'all ap en 2015

> ADDITIONAL NOTES:

-  We plan to arrive onsite and star working in the implantation a few days before the 1st festival show day, we would take about 2 to 3 days to setup and get the camping ready, we should leave the site 2 days after the Festival.

-  The camping can be open and available for our guests to check in around 16h00, on the day before the festival, or in the morning of 1st day of Festival, depends on what you promote for the camping areas.

-  Guests Check Out would be till 12h00, of the next day of Festival.

-  For the Festival days we would be open 24hrs.

-  If approved we would need to make a technical visit to camping site.

-  This visit doesn’t affects to open online booking earlier, if we get to an agreement before that.
