TOTAL STEP FUNCTIONThe 3d Sensor Accelerometer counts steps when worn in any position, including in pocket.Records and displays the total distance walked, calories burned and activity time accumulated since the last reset of pedometer.

• Press MODE button until “TOTAL STEP” is displayed. This records the total number of steps accumulated since the last reset of the pedometer data from the docking station/clock memory.

LOW BATTERY INDICATORWhen the battery power is low, the low battery icon “ ” will show up in the lower left hand side of the display.

PERFORMING A SYSTEM RESETPerforming a SYSTEM RESET may be necessary in the following situations: • If LCD is displaying abnormal characters or the screen is blank and step digits are not counting a SYSTEM RESET is necessary. • LCD may show faint background digits until fresh battery drops to normal operating voltage • Replacing batteries. See BATTERY REPLACEMENT section.

Pedometer: Reset System by inserting small object such as paper clip or pin into recessed reset button on back of pedometer.

Note: All data stored in memory including time clock will be reset to zero.

BATTERY REPLACEMENTPedometer • Twist and remove battery door • Remove old CR-2032 battery • Insert new CR-2032 battery in the correct polarity position •Securely replace battery door

Docking Station • Remove battery door • Remove old AAA batteries • Insert new AAA batteries in the correct polarity position • Securely replace battery door

SPECIFICATIONS • Pedometer: Use CR-2032 x 1 piece battery (inserted) • Docking Station: Use AAA x 2 piece batteries (included)

MAINTENANCE • Be sure to operate and maintain pedometer properly and with care • Do not disassemble instrument. Doing so could cause damage and affect the accuracy of the pedometer measurement

TROUBLE SHOOTINGCannot transfer data from pedometer to docking station- The latest data has already been transferred to the docking station. There is no new data from the pedometer.- Try walking until there is a change in the pedometer digits and sync the unit to the docking station again.
