300 South Brevard recently underwent a $15 million dollar renovation to the entire building.

The building entry has been transformed into a two story,

glass, jewel box lobby. The lobby emphasizes the building

entrance and allows prospective tenants to see directly

through, providing a light, bright and modern entry.

The interior of the building utilizes cutting-edge lighting, tile,

and updated finishes. Custom artwork highlights the city of

Charlotte and celebrates local business. From murals to a

easier. The updated exterior, with ground to ceiling glass and

wooden accents walls. New, sleek furniture was placed

throughout the lobby providing tenants and guests additional

impromptu meeting areas.
