An entrepreneurship is known since 1930s as a major driver of business beyond the limits of big corporations’ policies and procedures. Names of Schumpeter, Coase and many other scholars of those years even today considered as the best references in the entrepreneurship business research.
What is common between newly hired by international corporation entrepreneur and entire organization acquired by an industry giant, or with long time staying at the same level of responsibility employee? All of them have to follow corporate policies and standards, stay within the limit of budgets and available resources, and deliver expected results. And this is fine, if the current career state doesn’t have conflict with personal ambitions, employee has faire remuneration and work-life balance.
5% of surveyed employees (ILO, 2017) in this area of Europe have involuntary part-time work. Around 30% of DACH employees (UNECE, 2017) have qualification mismatch. And only small part of employees makes the first step to the next endeavor in their career (StepStone, 2017).

Career Success Factors
Corporate Entrepreneurship
Framework
1
Which Professional Growth
Pathway select:
Traditional or Alternative?
Traditional way is defined by HR
policies and procedures:
Succession Maps and Performance
Management.
Alternative Growth Pathway is
based on fulfillment of strategic
projects. Majority of such projects
are elements of strategic
partnerships.
How build project
prototypes with the use of
CE Framework?
Project prototypes are constructed
based on three foundational
principles:
• Technological and
Organizational Maturity
• Effective governance
• Maintenance of High-
Performing Teams
2
Details of three CE principles are
explained during the group or
individual sessions.
What kind of Corporate
Culture prevents
development of CE?
Corporate Culture of non-efficient
organizations has signs of direct or
indirect restrictions of innovative
behaviors.
Which Behavioral Models
are required to maintain
High-Performing Teams?
Behavioral Models of teamwork
are to be applied at the time of
changes and professional
opportunities – Opportunity
Window. They help you to
transform your personal project into
the corporate investment, one of
the most valuable organizational
assets, and a part of corporate
value proposition.

Expert Team is the key element of your personal success.
Managing your Individual Development Plan means managing your Team.
How could you transform your personal project to
corporate investment, new value creation asset, and
next business model?
1. You have to be competitive: Start with your team
2. Reinforce your advantages: Develop your Strengths; don’t try to
accomplish never-ending focus on your Gaps
3. Practice in groups your advantages to achieve sustainability
4. Engage a Mentor or a Coach to follow-up with your Individual
Development Program (IDP).
IDP has to include complete phasing of strategic partnership project:
• From prototype construction to prototype models portfolio
• From retrieval of working prototype (at the opportunity window)
to project piloting
• From selective multiplication in local markets to global
franchising modeling.

Effective Governance
CE framework is a system of heuristically and academically assembled strategic business elements that exist and integrate together all phases of partnership projects: from narrative strategy to process prototyping, etc. But this framework puts on the first place the final phase vision, and then it reconstructs backwards the processes to the initial steps.
At first – build the final target state vision, and then reconstruct backwards the processes to the initial steps.
As a key mechanism of such a process SLA evaluates roles in so-called Autonomous Teams and their Champions.
• When the team could
be called autonomous?
• Which parameters of
performance, KPIs of a
team give clear
definition of self-
sufficiency?
• Which characteristics
and profile are typical
for Champions in
Autonomous teams?
CE framework was applied in multiple areas – from Pharma & Biotech to military operations. This framework covers basic technology transfer projects (incl. automation), process improvement (incl. process excellence), knowledge and uncertainty management, etc.
We might take many in-work and out-of-work situations as examples, where CE framework applies as a perfect tool for partnership solutions with a structured existing real-asset organization.
On the other hand, one of innovative elements of SLA course is evaluation of motivators for virtual and networking organizations in comparison with real (-asset) firms.
Where helps SLA?
SLA offers you a solution to be focused not on the whole multifaceted diversity of business, but on three key elements that are to be applied to yourself, your team, your supervisor, your project, and (might be) your future supervisor:
• Technologic &
Organizational Maturity
• Effective Governance
• Maintenance of High-
Performing Teams
(To be continued)
Our life is setup by minute, and we control it in details. We are organized and well balanced in what we do and what we think. Perfectly prepared for something good in life. But…
… Discovering major error that impacts our daily life we get stressed and our non-modeled behavior generates destructive consequent actions.
And we start making errors. We try our best, and make errors again. The vicious circle of stress-generated behavior aggravates the situation when our spontaneous actions didn’t work.
When we are alone with our subconscious wandering over our previous experience, we start making double and triple errors, because at this particular moment nobody offers us a skillful solution.
What do we really need is a place, an effort, and a time …
…To calm down, and take personal “helicopter” position - above our daily routine.
Breath-in and check how details of your lifetime pass by… Then, try to build those behavioral prototypes that are to be applied in professional situations, out-of-work actions, private life, and so on.

Focus is a key solution to fight a stress-generated wandering in a human subconscious gaps’ field. Focus on your strengths - not the gaps.
Check (!) if your current supervisor is more concerned about your gaps rather than your strengths – might be you have to think about future supervisor.
We will help you to build such a behavioral model as well as many others.
Such models are to be used in realization of your professional growth project, including visibility and networking to convert professional development into career one.
Opportunity Window.
Opportunity window evaluation is one of the most important elements of strategizing process. Right time is the key category.
When T- time comes you have to retrieve one of your business & behavioral models, present your project prototype through the use of visibility and networking tools to key stakeholders.
Why you have to exercise your Behavioral models in the class?
Take, for example, Conflict Management as one of the heaviest liabilities. If it’s not followed properly a conflict liability costs a lot. Conflict
Management is only one example of behavioral models that will support you when you agree to transform internally and externally.
Your sources of personal transformation will be discovered only with one condition:
Be ready to overcome wandering over all your personal gaps, and do focus on your strengths. Find them with the use of reliable internationally recognized tools and focus on those with the highest affinity to you.
Donald O. Clifton developed profiles of 34 personal models / themes, and Gallup Inc. tested them on more than 5 million surveyed individuals.
We support you with data concerning organizational profile guidance, corporate culture evaluation, team fit for internal and helicopter position, role of champion and personal traits of team leadership.
But the foundation of each of your actions and each of your plans has to be solid and based on reliable framework – recognized and easy-to-apply.
How do you know them – your key stakeholders?
Your Final Phase Vision – a PlayScript includes all your key stakeholders. SLA provides you with a Strategic Playscript Tool.
Use of this tool is an inception step into new business model.
Why Business Modeling?
When T- time comes your business & behavior models have to be ready to exercise. You can experience them in the group of participants in SLA seminars.
1. SLA helps you to incept the prototypes of behavior model.
2. SLA programs them into portfolio and pilot project.
3. SLA supports your exercises in groups, and if needed - individually.

Maintenance of High-Performing
Teams
1
Your success is to be
achieved due to
effective performance
outside the company,
but your value is to
grow due to the roots
inside the company.
Changes a value – changes an environment.
The labyrinths of corporate information flow and corporate culture are purposely designed to test you, engage you, and use your energy and emotions.
2
The more your emotions are consumed within the organization, the higher and harder corporate culture walls are.
Your objective is to test corporate culture “labyrinth”, labyrinth’s objectives are to use you.
SLA prepares you for the span of control and responsibilities. Your management’s expectations are usually around giving you new responsibilities without significant rise of controlled resources.
- Are your expectations aligned with such approach?
- Are you ready to start new project as an alternative career development tool without any significant additional resources?
If it is a “Yes”, SLA provides you with process excellence tools.
If it is a “No”, you would need some time “to helicopter”, and SLA will bring you into environment of the new team, new ideas, new feedbacks and new rules-of-life.
One way or another, you are going to incept new project, build communication within and outside of your team, apply key stakeholders management tools, and visualize the final state to start delivering the phasing.
We wish you Great Success!
Take decision, make step!
