PRIMARY OPTION: Pestana Dom Joao II Resort Three options to choose from at this beachfront location. A car is required to drive to the DZ – 8 minutes. Good quality accommodation furnished to a high standard. Guests can use the facilities of all three including indoor & outdoor pools, gym, sauna, restaurants, beach bar, bowling alley & supermarket – all facilities are open all year round.
Villas in the Dom Joao resort Type: Standard villas (not yet refurbished) Summary: Lovely beachfront location and good sized living space. Slightly dated décor and small (but functional) kitchenette.

Studios are quite cosy and small in size – definitely 1-2 persons maximum.

minutes drive from Alvor and 1.5km from the beach Type: A small complex of 20 apartments with bedroom, bathroom
& living room with kitchenette & balcony. Summary: Nice apartments in a good location for a reasonable
price. Negative: small complex, limited availability during busy periods. Kitchenette: Microwave, fridge & dishwasher. Apartment: Twin bedroom & sofa bed in living room max 4persons Special rate during our Boogies: 30€ per night per apartment Special Skydiver rate outside our Boogies: 33€ per night per apartment (except high season- see below)

Aguahotels Alvor Jardim Location: Alvor Jardim is located on the entrance to
Alvor on the main road which leads to the DZ. It’s approximately 4km from the DZ and 0.5km from Alvor.
Type: Alvor Jardim is a 4 star hotel with single and twin rooms available. The prices are per night on a bed
and breakfast basis. The hotel is recently modernised and has a new, fresh feel to it.
Summary: If you’re looking for a hotel close to the DZ at a good rate but also in close proximity to the village of Alvor then this hotel is for you.

Alto-Fairways Location: Alto Fairways complex, located near the well-known
village of Alvor and the Alto Golf course, just a 5-minute drive to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the DZ.
Type: Integrated into small blocks with ground floor and first floor, modern and comfortable apartments are equipped with air conditioning, safe, cable TV, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The décor is both simple and practical.
Summary: Finished in June 2013, apartments are simply and comfortable decorated, well equipped with all the features needed to guarantee a pleasant and calm stay at our resort. Overlooking Alto Golf Course, Alto fairways is a relaxing and quiet property.

Quinta da Praia Apartments Location: Quinta da Praia Apartments are located a short 500m
from the beach and only 5 mins walk from the fishing village of Alvor. The DZ is approximately 4km away.
Type: This is a small private complex of 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom
self catering apartments. There is a private outdoor swimming pool and surrounding gardens.
Summary: If you want to be close to the town and beach in a quiet Private complex then these apartments are ideal for you.
Clube Alvor Ferias
A complex of self-catering apartments located in Alvor. Location: Estrada de Alvor, 8500-52.
900m from the beach. A car is required to drive to the DZ. Type : Basic studio/ one/ two/ three- bedroom
apartment with living area, kitchen and small balcony. Equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, fridge only. Summary: Economical price and reasonable sized living space. Slightly dated décor and furnishings. Limited parking
in busy periods.

Ria Hostel’s Self Catering apartments Location: Located in Alvor town centre close to the supermarkets,
beach, bars and restaurants Type: Five apartments available- One bedroom, two bedroom
and four bedroom apartments available on a self catering basis. Rented out by the owners of Ria Hostel
Summary: All with wifi, fully equipped kitchens and washing machines.

** We have 3 annual Boogies; Christmas, Spring and Autumn. If any of your booked nights are outside of our official Boogie dates, you will be charged the standard prices listed not the special boogie rate for those nights.
