Our Objectives The aim of Skill X UK is to create a wider understanding of the massive benefits of ‘Skill Recycling’ and the wider adoption of secondment to share skill and talent between consenting employers. HUBS allow employers to connect and share practical ideas in order to address the long running challenges facing the workplace such as:

The business model is very simple - allowing for the creation of locally based Skill Exchange UK ‘HUBs’. These “bottom up” Skill Exchanges use a customised web-based approach for information, skill and staff transfer between local member organisations. O

Local Skill Exchange HUB Solution

No recruitment fees and no costs to participating Member employers.

This is an online skill exchange that allows details of employees skills, experience and education / training (posted as Profiles) to be reviewed by Local HUB Members.

Secondment staff ‘Profiles’ are easily searched, accessed and their employers contacted on-line.

These skills can then be seconded for an agreed period and the staff costs shared.
