    TRUE FRIENDSHIP

    True friends are for life

    Until the end

    They're more than special

    They're your bestest friends.

They're the ones you can go toWhen you're in despair

    The ones that'll help you

Even when you got gum in your hair!

    They're the ones who'll laugh

And go laughing with you all through the night

    The ones who'll help you

Help you with all their might

To have a good friendYou have to be one

So be nice to one another

So you can be friends forever

And that\'s how to be the best friend you can be.

is noun based on our activity earlier? Yes?

Nouns are names that are for person, things,

    and emotions.

A bit close... yes(name) (ask 3 more students)

    Teachers Activity Students Activity

All the answers are close enough but it is:

nouns are names that refers to a person,

place, thing, an event, and/or an idea.

Like for example: what is an elephant?

    Its an animal! (chorus)

    Yes! How about Coco Martine?

A person! (chorus)Last is the big bang theory.

    An idea or theory! (chorus)

And all of this are nouns.

Now there are seven kinds of nouns but

first were going to discuss two, the

common nouns and the Proper nouns

    (post prepared visual material)

Kindly read the first one (name).

Common nouns refer to a general class ofperson, place or thing. For example: boy,

forest and rock--these words refer to a

category of noun, rather than to the special

    title of a specific noun.

Thank you very much (name). So again

this are names that generally classify an

object, place, or event, etc. Can you site

    more answers? Yes (name).

    Dog, doctor, tower, and forest.

Yes correct. Lets have that listed on the board.

Now kindly read the next one. Yes(name)

Proper nouns are names that refer

specifically to the identity of certain special

nouns. Proper nouns include the names of

    people (Jonathan), geographical names

    (Australia), brand names (Kleenex),

institutional names (Bank of America) as

well as titles of film, literature and artwork

(Deer Hunter). Proper nouns are always

    capitalized.

    Teachers Activity Students Activity

objects, place or event. Lets consider the

words we have listed. Can you give me a

specific name for a dog? Yes(name).

    Shiru my dogs name.

Yes the names you give to your pets are

Examples of proper nouns. How aboutA doctor? Yes (name)

    Dr. Jose Rizal

    d) Generalization

Again (name) what is a noun?

Nouns are names which refers to things,

person, idea, event or an animal.
