What: a formal conversation among people.

Purpose: To check:-1. Leadership.2. Communication Skill.3. Logical Reasoning.4. Widespread thinking.

Initiation: 1. Introduction 2. Approach: (a) Keyword approach (b) Historical approach 3. Relevancy

Interruption: (a) Appraisal (b) No hand gestures (c) Be polite (d) Keep smiling (e) Involve everyone

Conclusion: (a) No new points. (b) Conclusion of the group. (c) Time management. (d) Brief and compact .
