- Birth defect that involves incomplete development of its covering.

-Occula: means that the opening of the spine is covered by the skin

- Manitesa: means that opening pushes through the skin.

Signs and Symptoms: •Collection of fat, •skin discoloration, •small dimple of birth mark.
