General Situation: The province of Ifugao, Mt Province, Benguet and Apayao are experiencing heavy rains and intermittent moderate to strong winds.  BENGUET o Some municipalities (Kabayan, Sablan, Tuba, Itogon, Bakun) experienced power outage at around 6:00 AM. o Small scale mining operation is suspended. o Series of road closures (please refer to annex) o La Trinidad: One (1) family was evacuated due to flooding from Sitio Toyong, Pico to the Puguis Elementary School  Baguio City o With reported several fallen trees o One (1) person was covered by a landslide (at around 9:20 AM along Purok 1, Irisan, Baguio City. Rescue operations ongoing.  IFUGAO o There were reported of fallen trees and damaged houses. This concern has been addressed by LGUs. o With reported power outage province wide as of 4 AM. Ifugao Electric Cooperative (IFUELCO) addressing the problem. o GLOBE telecom signal is down in Lagawe as of 8AM. o With reported 2 damaged houses due to fallen trees and strong winds o Series of road closures (please refer to annex) o Ongoing emergency PDRRMC meeting  KALINGA o Province-wide power outage as of 6AM. o Power restored as of 9AM. o Chico river at normal level o Tabuk City CDRRMC emergency meeting ongoing.  MT PROVINCE o Province wide power outage was reported at around 8:20 AM. General Situation:

• The province of Ifugao, Mt Province, Benguet and Apayao are experiencingheavy rains and intermittent moderate to strong winds.
