RentalsWe have cabins and cottages available for rent. Rates are based on the number of people theunit sleeps. These units are non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Must be 21 or older to rent.Security deposit required at time of check-in and is refundable within 24 hours of departure.Cabins sleep 4 and have 1 full-size bed, 1 set of bunk beds in same room, small refrigerator,heat, and a small table with 2 stools in the same room. Picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire ringlocated outside. There are restrooms, showers, and dishwashing station nearby. Linens not pro-vided. $50.00 security deposit (valid cc) required at check-in. 2-night minimum.Cottages sleep 6 and have a full size, or queen size bed, with 2 sets of bunk beds in a separateroom, full private bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchenette including refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishes, pots, pans and utensils, table with chairs, cable TV,A/C and heat. 2013 Activities

March 29 - 31 – EASTER WEEKEND Easter arrives early this year but we still have plenty of

Easter fun planned. The Easter Bunny will be here with treats, Easter Egg hunt for the kids, our

special egg toss, and the Adult Easter Egg hunt.

April 5 - 7 – CLEANUP WEEKEND - Help clean up around the campground on Saturday and receive

a coupon good for one free night of camping (1 per site). We will provide lunch for those working.

In the Area: Gettysburg 150th Music Festival “National Festival Of The States”.

April 12 - 14 – HEROES WEEKEND - All active duty (ID required) police, fire, emergency, or

military personnel receive one free night of camping with one paid night (RV/Tent sites only).

We will have our annual memorial service along with some special activities for the kids. We

are also accepting care package donations for a PA Army National Guard unit currently

deployed in Afghanistan.

April 19 - 21 – YARD SALE WEEKEND - Saturday we will have a yard sale open to the public.

Bring your stuff with you to our advertised yard sale (rain or shine). Saturday, enjoy ghost stories

April 26 - 28 – SCRAPBOOKING ’N’ QUIET WEEKEND - Come enjoy a nice quiet weekend

with us. We are also planning some scrapbooking activities with the Rec Hall open for all you

Reservations and DepositsReservations are encouraged and accepted for stays of 2 or more nights. We accept reservations forspecific sites, but we reserve the right to make substitutions if needed. All reservations require adeposit for confirmation. Deposits are due at time of reservation. We accept cash, checks (30 days inadvance only), MC, VISA, or Discover for deposits. Reservations require a 1-night deposit except holidays which require a 2-night deposit. Credit cards charged at time of reservation for the deposit.Cash or credit card accepted for balance due at time of check-in (No checks accepted at check-in). Asecurity deposit is required at check-in for all cabins and cottage rentals. Deposits are not transferable.

Cancellation Policy14 days prior to arrival we will issue a refund less a $10.00 handling fee or a camping credit. Less than14 day notice – no refund. Camping credits must be used during the same camping season and are a1 time use only. Deposit forfeited for non-arrival on scheduled date.The fun continues rain or shine. We cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work sched-ules, early departure, or other situations; therefore, our cancellation policy is enforced regardless ofcircumstance. No refunds for eviction.

Day VisitorsRegistered campers are responsible to register their guests. Please inform your visitors that they must stopto register and pay the appropriate fee. Visitors must leave the campground by 10:30PM. Additional feedue if visitor stays overnight.

Visitor fee $4.00 per person (Age 6 and up)

Guest GuidelinesWe encourage family camping and expect our guests to act accordingly so that everyone can enjoy theircamping experience. Our guest guidelines are published online and will be provided to you at check-in.

May 10 - 12 – MOTHER’S DAY WEEKEND - Saturday morning we are having a free pancake break-fast for moms ($ for others), special crafts to make for Mom ($), mother/child mini-golf tournament,Boyd’s Bear Bingo, our wine appreciation class for moms only, and finishing up with music from ourDJ. May 17 - 19 – SPRING QUIET WEEKEND - The last quiet weekend before the official summer sea-son starts.
