the requirement cable pulling machine , rollers & required manpower. Supervision for cable jointing as per the standard. Mugger test 5KV DC Hi-

Responsibility:

Lighting System: Planning site schedule, task schedule, leading with the engineer and

technicians.

Installed and wired light fixtures in a new building such as looping, emergency, UPS and exit lights.

Installed new lights in a high-base hangar. Erection and wired the incomer for the lighting panels according to the lay

out drawings and wiring schematic. Commissioning for the system and testing for the CT (current transformer)

equipment using ISA T 100 device. Installation for street lighting poles up to energizing status.

Fire Alarm System: Bent and laid conduit pipes to put in a new fire alarm system. Installed and wired detectors like smoke, heat & flame (ultra violet)

detectors. Giving the accurate addressing for the detectors through the rotary

switches according to the guide drawings. Installation and wiring for the manual call point (M.C.P),FCM , FMM , ISO

and strope sounder modules. Installation for main frame control panel & cable termination for feeder

cables. Commissioning the system for checking the reliability and the performance

in case.

Fiber Optic Cable System: Laying cables for long distance or internally between buildings or panels. Splicing for the fiber cores using mechanical splicing or arc fusion splicing. Locating the fault location for any cutting in the fiber by using OTDR

instrument and re-splice it into splicing closure box.

Telephone System: Erection for local central inside the stations Weather proof telephone sets, desk, desk/wall erection & cable termination. PAPX panel installation and laying cables up to it and finalized the wiring

addressing termination inside the panel. Installation digital telephone sets for the building which feeding with

telephone junction box that having fiber optic cable (MM) feeding from server panels.

Fire fighting System: Installation for EMT pipes for cable pulling Fixing the modules and wiring devices which clearly approved from the

client 7&mentioned in the specification by following the AFC drawings. Installing the control panel & accomplished the wiring termination task.

Finalizing the interface between the electrical & mechanical equipment to control the deluge valves by solenoids and to be monitor by pressure switching refereeing to the main control panel.

Dealing with FM200 SYSTEM ,Either water sprinkling SYSTEM. Finalize the system with commissioning & to be interfaced with the DCS.
