Clubhouse

The use of the clubhouse for events open to all members and not related to business-sponsored events and solicatation is free. The board does reserve the right to approve or reject this usage. If you want to use the clubhouse to host a game night, party, TV-watching event, or common interest 'club' please contact the board to make arrangements. We can also help you advertise your event. Events must be sponsored by a member.

Members can host a private party or event by renting the Clubhouse for the cost of $50 for 2 hours, $75 for 3-4 hours and $100 for 5-6 hours. Use of the pool is NOT included in the clubhouse rental. Separate arrangements must be made with the board to host parties at the pool due to lifeguard coverage. Please contact the board if you have questions about having parties that involve pool use!

Please review the Rental Agreement & Guidelines (found on our website: www.woodfieldcommunity.org) and let us know if you have additional questions. Note that the Rental Agreement & Guidelines is subject to change.

Tennis

General Rules

It is the intent of the Woodfield Community Association (Association) to provide tennis courts for the enjoyment of its members.

Use of facilities is restricted to Association members and guests. Non-member Woodfield residents are not permitted to use the facilities. Proper attire and regulation tennis shoes are required. Proper tennis manners are expected from all players at all times. No roller blades, skateboards, bicycles, dogs, etc. allowed on courts. No glass containers allowed on or around the courts. Players are responsible for clean up. Use of the courts by a member in a way that may be interpreted as running a business or earning a profit, as in

providing lessons for a fee, without prior approval of the Association Board Directors is not permitted. Violation of these rules will result in suspension of tennis privileges at the discretion of the Tennis Chairperson.

Court Reservations

Court time can only be reserved by a member through sign up sheets with name and phone number. 90 minute time limit per match, singles or doubles. No back to back reservations. 10 minute grace period. If cancellation occurs, please remove name from sheet, and initial. Children under 10 may play when a court is available. Reservations are allowed when accompanied by an adult. Member players may have up to a maximum of three guests per court reservation for recreational play only, and

guests may not be part of a paid instructional session. The above does not apply to league matches.

Pool Rules (new)

These rules are supplementary to the Fulton County Pool Rules noted with F.C. #. Use pool at your own risk. Damages caused by members and their guests will be assessed to those members. Violation of these rules will be cause for suspension of club privileges. Minors are defined as children under the age of 18.

Access to Pool Area1. Key card required for entry. 2. Gates must remain closed at all times. No swinging on or propping open gates.3. Only members in good standing and guests permitted.4. Guests of minors limited to 2. Members must accompany all guests.5. No minor under the age of 12 allowed unless accompanied by an adult member. Expansion of F.C. #56. No animals other than service animals allowed. F.C. #2

Use of Facilities

7. Parties prohibited unless 14 days notice provided to the board. Lifeguard fees apply for parties of 15 or more. There must be 1 adult for every 3 minors present.

8. Pool or pool area cannot be rented. Lifeguards are not permitted to work outside of posted pool hours without approval of Pool Management Company and Woodfield Board of Directors.

9. No solo bathing. F.C. # 7

Conduct10. No sports equipment (bikes, skate boards, roller blades, balls etc.).11. No glass, sharp objects or hazardous materials allowed - F.C. # 112. During lifeguard breaks (adult swim) no minors allowed in or near pool, including pool steps and ladders. Children

under 3 may swim with an adult. 13. No rafts or large flotation devices of any kind.14. Only one person at a time permitted on diving boards. No double bouncing.15. No swimming in diving area when boards are in use. Divers must exit pool immediately.16. No running, fighting, improper language or disorderly conduct of any kind. Expansion of F.C. #10

Health Concerns17. Swim diapers required for all children under 3 yrs. old.18. Shower and rinse thoroughly before entering the pool. F.C. #319. No food or drink allowed within five feet (5’) of the pool. F.C. #420. Bathers with open wounds, skin conditions, or any communicable condition not allowed F.C. #621. Bathers shall wear bathing attire. F.C. #822. No spitting, spouting or blowing nose. F.C. #9

These rules are for the safety and enjoyment of all members. Please be respectful of all patrons. Lifeguards have full discretion and authority to enforce the Woodfield Pool Rules. Please notify lifeguards or the Board of any health and safety issues or if you notice any maintenance problems with the pools.
