EDuring the summer, the south facade experiences more light penetration than the north facade. Therefore, precautionary measures should be taken in order to prevent excess sun penetration during those hours.
At 5pm, the north facade will also be in contact with direct sunlight.
During the winter, the south facade experiences all of the sunlight penetration within the building. At 3pm, the sun will have the deepest penetration within the building ; therefore, serious preventative measuresshould take place such as introducing shades or blinds in order to reduce the amount of sunlight entering the space.

NORTH EAST
WEST SOUTHThe Curtain Walls in the North side has a view of the blue lagoon and the airport. This will mainly be a point for wellness.
The East and West areas of the building has no windows which can be reserved for spaces that need the least disturbances.
The South View has smaller windows where you mostly see parking lots. This zone could be used for tasks that require natural lighting.

LINEAR GRID In analysis of the current building stucture, it is clear that the columns create a center line in the structure and limits spatial abilities. When designing within the space, one must incorporate the columns into the design and take note of the grid patterns that can be created.
ACCESSIBILITY / LOCATIONThe location of the building is quite remote and distant from more gentrified parts of Miami. It could be beneficial to include added services such as a food hall or convenience store options for the employees. This could be a time-saver and beneficial to the users and the owners.
