I was working for Aircel Limited as Senior Engineer and Responsible for RF Planning & Optimization. Troubleshoot solution for 2G/3G,EMF & TRAI compliance.(From Jul2013 to Jan2014) Preparing, Analyzing and Validation of KPI reports for 3G network.

Involved in 3G WCDMA HSDPA Network validation, optimization and performance monitoring by detailed analysis of call events (Dropped call, Blocked Call , Soft handover Failure, RACH Error, PS Access failure and Radio Bearer Setup Failure etc.) by analyzing Layer 3 messages, CPICH RSCP, CPICH Eb/No, Ec/Io, UTRA RSSI, UE Tx Power, BLER, Power control, Cell Parameters and neighbor list. Generating change request for making hardware & parameter changes In 3G maintaining radio network in terms of KPI -3G RRC (Setup & Access complete ratio, Drop ratio), 3G Voice setup (Setup & Access complete ratio, Drop ratio), SHO, ISHO, etc. In 3G Analysis of Log files (Ec/No, RSCP, Pilot Pollution etc). RF planner for 3 green field projects (BHARTI AIRTEL, VIDEOCON & IDEA) .where NSN and Huawei was

the vendor. For NSN Project I was on contract for 6 months. (Tamil Nadu, Kerala & Orissa Circle)Responsibility:

I joined NR SWITCH AND RADIO SERVICES as RF Engineer on 29th June, 2007.
