A discussion of the CISG would be incomplete without taking into account the rela- 3tionship of the Convention to the Principles of European Contract Law, the UNIDROITPrinciples and the lex mercatoria. The International Sale of Goods Revisited, Sarce-vic & Volken eds. (Kluwer 2001).
