Each meeting will give us the opportunity to sample beers from around the world. Bob shares the history, development, and differences between the beers offered. Allison and her sister Megan not only contributed an abundance of succulents and decorative pots to EVP, but also provided us with the opportunity to experience how therapeutic planting can be. We had an impromptu planting session, getting our hands dirty and planting our sweet little root balls into their new homes. Allison and Megan's act of kindness is proof that one kind deed leads to another. There were so many plants donated that we were able to send plants to the apartments of our friends and neighbors as well as many of the EVP aides. One seemingly small donation has spread to dozens of homes within our Community. A great big "Thank You" to Allison and Megan for filling our homes with the life of beautiful plants. Let us all take a page from their book and view each day through the lens of possibility. Sister Act A random act of kindness is defined as a non premeditated, inconsistent action designed to offer kindness towards the outside world. In honor of February's Random Acts of Kindness Week our whole community came together to spread love and happiness. A container filled with kind suggestions was placed in the lobby and we were all encouraged to take a suggestion and put it into action. Whether it was an action as small as holding a door or getting someone a cup of coffee, there were smiles all over the place. We also donated non perishable items to the East Longmeadow Food Pantry this past month. Let us not limit our kindness to the month of February, but continue to spread kindness and cheer the whole year through. "Be the change you want to see in the world." Path to Well-Being Louis and Clark Pharmacy was kind enough to host a family and friends trivia night at East Village Place. Invitations were mailed to our loved ones and we had a great turn out. The Wellness room was full of great people. We split ourselves into teams and were given the opportunity to create our team name as well. Louis and Clark provided delicious refreshments for all of us to enjoy. It is always a great feeling when we can gather together with our family, of all ages, to have some good old fashioned fun. International Beers led by Bob Sheets is held on the third Thursday

Pathways

Physical Therapist, Allison,

delighted our Community this

past February. Allison and her

sister Megan not only

contributed an abundance of

succulents and decorative
