DoorsThe Sistema Zeta cabinetry system offers the following door versions: • Doorinlaminate:roundeddoorwithtriminABS on the 4 edges with a particleboard panel; • Doorinwood:doorwithtrimonthe4edges with a particleboard panel in wood veneer; • Doorinwoodwithaluminuminlays:particleboard panel with wood trim on the 4 edges. Wood veneer with horizontal external staves made of thin aluminum inlays; • Doorinlacquer:doorroundedonalledges.MDF supportpanel.Matte,highglossorhighgloss metallic finish; • Doorinmelamine:4ABSedgeswithbothfacesin smooth matte melamine over a particleboard panel; • Doorinstainlesssteel:producedwithawater-proof multilayerpanel,coveredwithfingerprint-resistant brushed stainless steel on the outside and with fingerprint-resistant brushed aluminum on the inside.
Panels and FillersPanels are available in the same finish as the doors or the carcass.
Fillersareavailableinthesamefinishasthedoors.
ShelvesThe shelves are made in particle support panel covered inmelaminewithwoodveneeredge;inmattelacquerinthe same color as the polymeric laminate door or in the samecolorasthemattelacquereddoor.
Carcass StructureThecarcassandshelvesareproducedwitheasytoclean,scratch-resistantmelamineoveraparticleboardpanel,with low formaldehyde emission (in compliance with Europeanenvironmentalrequirements,class“E1”.)
Wheneverpossiblebasedonthedesigner’schoices,onthe front side carcass and shelves are finished with dust-proof edges.
BackpanelsareinmelamineoveranMDFpanel.Shelvesare adjustable in height. The shelves of the glass units are made of tempered glass.
Base and Tall UnitsBaseandtallunitsareprovidedwithsideboringstoensureproperinstallation.Adjustablelegsattachedtoexternal bases allow for a perfect leveling on uneven floors.
Thebottomofsinkcabinetsarealuminumlinedtobetterwithstandchemicalagentsandwaterleakage.Sidegablescanbealuminumlinedonrequest.

Bottompanelsaremadeofscratch-resistantmelamineover a particleboard panel.

Internal pull-outs feature aluminum rails and a melamine bottom panel.
