SISTEM RECEIVING SAMPLES AND RECORDING PROCEDURES This guide can be a procedure for Lab staffs in receiving, recording and action towards the sample in the laboratory to ensure the receipt of each sample is guaranteed in terms of records, care and safety. RECEIVED SAMPLES : 1) Check document to tally with borelogs a) Name Of Project b) Date c) Sample Boreholes and Sample No. d) Depth 2) Record a) Record particular in soil or material log book b) Write in reference number 3) Label Samples a) Label samples with reference number 4) Placing a) Place samples on sample rack (*sample in action) 5) Keep document and borelog in action file 6) Head of Section to View and Action. 7) Head of Section check with the project file, when clients requires the report. 7.1) Head of Section to Initial and dated at the project file. 7.2) Title of the project have to be noted at the white board together with the lab delivery date to SI section. The lab executive and the lab assistant are aware of the project.

PANDUAN PENERIMAAN DAN TINDAKAN KEATAS SAMPEL

SISTEM RECEIVING SAMPLES AND RECORDING PROCEDURESThis guide can be a procedure for Lab staffs in receiving, recording and action towards the sample in the laboratory to ensure the receipt of each sample is guaranteed in terms of records, care and safety.

RECEIVED SAMPLES :

1) Check document to tally with borelogs

a) Name Of Project

b) Date

c) Sample Boreholes and Sample No.

d) Depth

2) Record

a) Record particular in soil or material log bookb) Write in reference number

3) Label Samples

a) Label samples with reference number

4) Placing

a) Place samples on sample rack (*sample in action)

5) Keep document and borelog in action file

6) Head of Section to View and Action.

7) Head of Section check with the project file, when clients requires the report. 7.1) Head of Section to Initial and dated at the project file. 7.2) Title of the project have to be noted at the white board together with the lab delivery date to SI section. The lab executive and the lab assistant are aware of the project.8) Call the consultant to confirm type of tests. 8.1) If there are additional tests to carry out, write letter to confirm and to acknowledge as approve. 8.2) If no reply, the head of section shall select and get approval from the consultant

8.3) Assigned a lab executive or lab assistant to carry tests out according to the BQ or according to the consultant lab test schedule. 8.4) Head Of Section have to view the schedule before giving the instruction to the lab executive or lab assistant. 8.5) If could not complete test before time of delivery. Head of Lab Section or Head of SI Section have to request for the extension of time explaining for the reasons with this also the lab personnel in charge of testing, have to carry out overtime in case the client /consultant did not agree with the extended date. 9) Prepare report (appointed staff) within three days

1.0 SEMAK DOKUMEN

1.1 Pastikan sampel yang dihantar beserta dengan dokumen dari pihak yang

1.2 Pastikan jenis ujian yang di minta dinyatakan di dalam dokumen

1.3 Pastikan bayaran di buat dan mencukupi. Jika berbayar dengan cek Hendaklah di atas nama KUMPULAN IKRAM SDN BHD.

2.0 SEMAK SAMPEL

2.1 Pastikan kuantiti sampel adalah mencukupiu berpandukan jadual berikut:-

3.0 REKOD

3.1 Tulis butir butir penerimaan dan bayaran didalam buku Penerimaan Dan Tindakan Keatas Sampel.

3.2 Terima bayaran dan keluarkankan resit

3.3 Labelkan sampel dengan job reference

3.4 Masukkan dokumen ke dalam fail permintaan ujian tanah dan bahan

4.0 Penyimpanan sampelSimpan sampel sementara menunggu untuk di uji.

KIUB/ TERAS KONKRIT

1.0 SEMAK DOKUMEN

1.1 Pastikan sampel yang di hantar beserta dokumen dari pihak yang mengirim

1.2 Pastikan jenis ujian yang diminta dinyatakan di dalam dokumen

1.3 Bayaran dibuat secara tunai dan mencukupi atau dengan di bayar dengan cek di atas nama KUMPULAN IKRAM SDN.BHD

2.0 SEMAK SAMPEL

2.1Pastikan kualiti sampel dalam keadaan baik, tidak retak, tiada honeycomb . dan mengandungi kecacatan lain.2.2 Pastikan setiap kiub mempunyai tanda rujukan yang kekal di atasnya dan

Sama dengan yang dinyatakan didalam dokumen.

3.0 REKOD

3.1 Tulis nombor rujukan makmal pada kiub

3.2 Catit butir butir penerimaan dan bayaran di dalam buku Penerimaan Dan Tindakan Ke Atas Sampel

3.3 Terima bayaran dan keluarkan resit bayaran,

3.4 Sampel kiub terus diuji atau masukkan dokumen kedalam fail Permintaan Ujian Kiub.

4.0 PENYIMPANAN SAMPEL

4.1 Simpan kiub didalam tangki pengawetan sementara menunggu hari untuk

Diuji.
