Siskind Susser has a lso bui l t a wholehost of internal appl icat ions. Gregcommented, 'The great thing about Neotais that i t ’s l ike a b lock of c lay , you candesign anything you l ike with i t ’ . Insteadof seeing the p lat form for purelyautomating legal advice, the f i rm hascreated a Cl ient Survey Tool , where al ink is sent to their c l ient and theoutcome act ion wi l l be dependent on theanswers they give. For example, i f thefeedback is posi t ive , they wi l l be askedto leave a review on social media. Theyhave made other appl icat ions whereemployees can report their vacat iondays. These are tools that they wouldhave normal ly had to pay extra for butcan al l be bui l t in Neota.
