&his 'roject is based u'on the fact ( figure gathered from the co.)s
websites about the recruitment 'olicies of the firm.
In the first 'art of the re'ort there are some 'lans about the recruitment and
selection 'rocess which are made by the glycols co., and then com'arative
study of $*+! "#*"/# is there. In the last 'art of the 'roject I have
given some of the findings and conclusion about the recruitment 'rocess and
sources and the 'otential of these sources. &he findings drawn from thecollection and analysis of data. , it is known that most of the res'ondents are
above 01years and the em'loyee)s educational 2ualification is graduation
and also the work e3'erience is more than 14 yrs. !dvertisement is the best
means to know about the job vacancy.
!s 'er the analysis the em'loyees said that both written test and oral
interview was conducted for them. most of the em'loyees feel that the
interview conducted was satisfactory. !s 'er the survey most of the
res'ondents got to know about the selection 'rocess through the
com'any)s em'loyees.

+ajority of the res'ondents have joined this com'any because of job
security and future 'ros'erity. &he conclusion of the 'roject is that the
/om'etency in recruitment and selection 'rocess reveals that the com'any
is mainly going with wide distributions of advertisement for recruitment. &he
com'any is getting right 'erson to the right job to meet the organi5ations
re2uirements and to retain the em'loyees. It can be concluded that the
recruitment 'rocedure of the com'any is satisfactory and effective. In the
end I have given all the sources from which I have collected all the
