In the heart of Palermo, close to all the sights and 10 minutes walk from the port, this is a modern hotel of 86 rooms. We take continental breakfast every dayin the restaurant (great pastries), and dine ‘in’ on 3 nights. Our 4th dinner is an eat-while-you-walkguided tour of Palermo’s street food, as enjoyed by TV chef Rick Stein! The Cristal also has a chic bar for pre- or post-dinner drinks.
