Single Flavour Valve with Chocolate FlakeEquipment

One flavour of ice cream is dosed and whilst exitingthe nozzle, liquid chocolate is dosed into the icecream flow with high pressure. The result is theachievement of crispy chocolate layers throughoutthe ice cream.

One flavour of ice cream is dosed from tip totop. A special inserter unit inserts a chocolatebar, in this case the well-known „Cadbury‘sFlake Bar“ into the ice cream.

THERE‘S MORE TO OUR EQUIPMENT THAN JUST ICE CREAM
Above product is manufactured under the productname “Cornetto” which has been licensed fromUnilever. The product comprises of a mini conecoated with chocolate on the inside, filled with anaerated chocolate mousse which is finallydecorated with liquid chocolate and nuts.
Above product is manufactured by a renownConfectionery. The product comprises of a minicone filled with a chocolate cream (like nougat)which is then decorated with either “Smarties”or strawberry-flavoured sugar pearls.

Dry Ingredients Dispenser - Vibrator Type
The vibrator type dispenser is the standard dosing system formost dry ingredients and products. It features setting optionssuch as frequency and intensity. Individual lane control isalso possible which means „no product – no dose“. Thesystem is equipped with falling funnels to avoid pollution ofthe product carrier plates.

Dry Ingredients Dispenser - Conveyor Type
The conveyor type dispenser doses ingredients onto productsjust like the vibrator type dispenser however by means of amoving conveyor. The system is equipped with a back-strokefunktion to avoid ingredients falling into the funnels duringindex.

Dry Ingredients Dispenser - Rotation Type
The rotation type dispenser is based on the volumetricdosing principle. The rotating barrel is equipped with pocketswith a defined volume that pickup ingredients from theabove hopper during rotation. The system can be deliveredwith a „no product – no dose“ function and individual lanecontrol. An additional outfeed conveyor is necessary in thiscase.

Dry Ingredients Dispenser - Shuttle Type
The shuttle type dispenser is based on the same volumetricdosing principle as the rotation type dispenser. The systemcan be delivered with a „no product – no dose“ function andindividual lane control. The distinctiveness of this dispenseris that cookies, biscuits or other flat products can bedispensed from a magazine.
