To All Traders and Declaring Agents Dear Sir/Madam COMMENCEMENT OF PASIR PANJANG TERMINAL BUILDING GATE 3 ON 28 SEP 2016 The new Pasir Panjang Terminal Building Gate 3 (PPTB G3) for containerised cargoes will be operational on 28 Sep 2016. The new lanes at PPTB G3 will be implemented in 3 phases with Phase 1 commencing on 28 Sep 2016. 2 When submitting permit applications, you should declare “PPZ” in the “Place of Release” or ”Place of Receipt” field for goods exiting or entering Pasir Panjang Free Trade Zone (PPZ) respectively via PPTB G3. COMMENCEMENT OF PASIR PANJANG TERMINAL BUILDING GATE 3 (PPTB G3)

We are pleased to announce the commencement of Pasir Panjang Terminal Building Gate 3 (PPTB G3) for container movements with effect 28 Sep 16.

2 PPTB G3 will complement PPT Gate 4 (PPT G4) to serve all the Pasir Panjang Terminals (PPT) , namely PPT1, PPT 2, PPT 3 , PPT 5 and the upcoming PPT 4 and PPT 6. There will be 3 phases to PPTB G3, namely:

Phase 1 - Starting on 28 Sep 16 at 0730hr

6 Flow-through container lanes, starting with 3 In Lanes and 3 Out lanes. In Lanes - Lane 1 (ICA Red), 7 and 8 Out Lanes - Lane 9, 11 and 16 (ICA Red lane) Phase 2 and 3 will be scheduled in 2017.

3 PPTB G3 will open from Monday to Friday only and close on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.

The Gate operating hours are from 0730hr to 2230hr while ICA Red lane operating hours are from 0800hr to 2200hr. Hauliers will use PPT G4 outside above operating hours.

4 All Out-of-Gauge containers (OOG), Un-containerised Cargoes (UC), Ship Supplies and Car

Carriers will continue to use PPT G4. Manual survey of containers will continue at PPT G4 Haulier Services Centre (HSC).
