We are pleased to invite you to parcipate in thSIMULUS 6 - 6 Annual Naonal Conference of PediSTARS on Healthcare Simulaon; which will be held as hybrid format (virtual and limited physical aendance for some workshops) from th nd24 April to 2 May 2021.
PediSTARS (Pediatric Simulaon Training and Research Society of India) was founded in August 2013. Since its incepon it has played a key role in taking forward simulaon based intervenons in pediatric health care. PediSTARS took forward its mission of promong the use of simulaon by conducng various workshops, conferences in different parts of the country as well as globally.
PediSTARS conducts Annual Naonal Conferences (SIMULUS) which sees aendance of various Internaonal and Naonal simulaon experts. PediSTARS has passionately worked in successfully conducng various simulaon based courses across India such as Faculty Development Program (FDP), Simulaon Training of Emergency Pediatrics (STEP), Simulaon of Crical Care Emergencies (SUCCESS) and Newborn Emergencies (NEO SIM) over the last 7 years to promote the use of simulaon at bedside. This year also saw PediSTARS launch its new tele-simulaon workshop in collaboraon with Laerdal – Simulaon Training in Pediatric and Neonatal Emergencies (SPAN-T).
The society is affiliated to Society of Simulaon in Healthcare (SSH), Internaonal Pediatric Simulaon Society (IPSS) and the INSPIRE Group (Internaonal Network for Simulaon based Pediatric Research, Innovaon & Educaon.)
This year PediSTARS is turning the adversity of pandemic into an opportunity by going virtual; reaching out to a larger naonal and global audience.
