The fundamental feature of Speedy is the good taste. A good taste like only the real artisanal gelato has, to satisfy completely the customer. Therefore without azo-colourings, hydrogenated vegetable fats and milk in sorbets.
Quick to use doesn’t mean standard tastes. The speedy gelatos can be personalised, for example, with the addition of fresh fruit, mascarpone, alcoholic drinks, pastries, ripples and anything from the creativity of the expert artisan. The Speedy Recipe Book has originated to complete its practical use. The book includes more than 150 recipes created by the Comprital master gelato makers in order to discover every day, in a simple and clear way, new tasteful interpretations.

The peculiarities of Speedy are a perfect balance of ingredients, an impeccable texture, flavour by flavour, day by day. The great versatility that makes them suitable for many types of machines.
With different dilution levels, they can be used in soft serve machines for the production of express gelato, monoportions, gelato cakes or yoghurt gelato desserts. A simple, quick and highly profitable traditional methods.Differently diluted, they can be perfectly used in an ice slush machine or in small gelato makers.

More than 20 different milk flavours are available, ready and perfect, such as true Sicilian pistachio, Italian hazelnut, and extra pure Belgian chocolate. We didn’t make any compromise

Many years ago, we were the first to use true chocolate powder for gelato products, replacing most part of the cocoa in order that the artisan could write, “chocolate gelato” on labels and the customer could taste
flavourful pure chocolate chips. The years have lapsed, meanwhile our experience has grown until the creation of the Elvetia line (chocolate and extra bitter chocolate), for a water-based chocolate, rich in flavour, persistent, creamy and dense as the true chocolate must be.
