unidrain® offers two product lines for the top, visible part of floor drains: ClassicLine and HighLine.

ClassicLineThis simple product line is available in stylish, brushed, stainless steel. Five different grate designs ensure that there is a product to suit all tastes. With ClassicLine, the frame is mandatory, as the grate is supported by the frame.

HighLineThe traditional grate is replaced by three alternative solutions in the shape of Panel, Cassette and Custom. Panel is a stainless steel, Corian® or frosted glas solution. Cassette and Custom enable a matching floor tile to be cut and fitted into the floor drain so it almost becomes invisible. With the HighLine series, the frame is optional.

unidrain® is tested and approved for internal fitting with all types of floor structures for wet rooms with tiles, heavy concrete structures and lightweight wooden floor joists. For mounting in wooden floor joists and other lightweight floor constructions, we recommend using the unidrain® Mounting Set (see page 9).For all structures, the materials and building methods used must be suited to and approved for use in a wet room.Detailed building guidelines can be downloaded from www.unidrain.com

Reliable resultBecause unidrain® is placed against the wall, it only requires a single-sided slope as opposed to the traditional four-sided incline. It is thus easier to produce a correct base without the risk of depressions or reverse slope.The result is a completely level floor surface. This makes it easier to lay large tiles that do not require cutting around the drain. The end result is both waterproof and reliable.

Building method:

1. Simple and precise fitting and mountingSimple and easy fitting with precise mounting ensures correct placement throughout the entire building process.

2. Fixation during pouringThe drain unit is fixed throughout the entire pouring process, ensuring it does not move. Placement against the wall, away from the work area, eases the task of reinforcement and floor heating.

3. Easy production of a base with one-sided slopeA one-sided base makes it easier to produce a correct base without the risk of reverse slope and depressions. The base for the tiled surface is thus completely even and smooth.

4. Wet room secure connection with wall and floorThe overlap of the membrane with the floor and wall flanges of the drain forms a waterproof and wet room secure seal with the floor and wall.

5. Easy tile fitting on a totally flat surfaceThe completely smooth surface makes tile laying easy, even with very large tiles. It is not necessary to cut the tiles to fit around the drain.

Module 1100 enables you to construct a longer module outlet for larger bathrooms and consists of components which are welded together to achieve the desired length and flange configuration. Outlet units, frames and grates are the same as those in the unidrain®

line system [wall], and Module 1100 meets unidrain®'s stringent drain and building technology standards. The module outlet unit is available in 700, 800, 900, 1,000 and 1,200 mm and has a folded front edge, which provides greater mounting stability.The module can be supplemented with Flex Frames – such as end piece [A], middle piece [B] or corner piece [C] – and the module unit can be adapted within distances of 10-120 mm (with a jump of 10 mm). Colours provide overview!To provide you with a clear overview, unidrain’s products are divided into colour categories.The colour category system is part of unidrain’s graphic design line, which creates a sense of cohesion with our other brochures, price lists, ads and web etc.
