    Simple Peruvian Ceviche

    This dish is the best and easiest Ceviche recipe I've ever tasted. It's quick, easy

    and disappears quickly. The Peruvian Aji Amarillo make it spicy without ivin it the

    distinctive !lavor o! jalapenos and it's reat without hot peppers too. "ou can adjust

    any o! the seasonins to suit your taste.

    Ingredients

    ( lbs tilapia !illets or ( lbs other !irm white !ish !illets, cubed

    ( teaspoons !resh cilantro, chopped

    ) Peruvian Aji Amarillo or habanero pepper, seeded and chopped.
