Write two ideas using the vocabulary above. Use the past continuous and simple past tense.

Example: We were riding a bike in the park when I saw a man with a gun

The use of When

We can use this word to join two ideas talking about something in the past.

Example: I was studying at school when I saw the old man in the front door.
