PARTY TIME!

So you’ve read the information and watched

the videos you need to watch. Please complete the

following task

TASK: Your job is to create a spreadsheet to keep track of a budget for an upcoming social event.

For this even you have a budget of $2000 to spend. You must have the following for each of your guests:

Hall Rental: $200 flat fee

Appetizers: $5.75/person

Drinks: $4.00/person

Supper: $12.00/person

Dessert: $6.00/person

Gift Bag: $2.50/person

Create a spreadsheet that will allow you to calculate your total cost depending on the number of people that confirm their attendance.

If you look at the next slide you will see an example of how I set up a worksheet for this.
