RANGE
7 one-piece casing sizes 08 / 18 / 28 / 38 / 48 / 88 / 120. Airflow from 200 to 12 000 m3/h. 8 models:
3 operating modes: variable airflow (VAV), constant airflow (CAV), constant pressure (COP).
Configurations:
Sizes 08 to 38 indoor or outdoor units- EXD : right hand access and connections,- EXG : left hand access and connections.
Sizes 48 to 120 outdoor unit with mounted roof :- EXD : right hand access and connections,- EXG : left hand access and connections.
Sizes 48 to 120 indoor unit without roof :- D : right hand access and connections,- G : left hand access and connections.
CORRIGO control specific to VIM. RS485 ModBus communication port and TCP/IP BacNet IP port. ETD offset touch control.
Inverted assembly for ceiling fixing, possible for all configurations of sizes 08 to 38.

DESCRIPTION
Construction
Self-supporting structure made of 50 mm double skin panels. Mineral rock wool insulation with a thickness of 50 mm and density
of 40 kg/m3, - Heat conductivity: 0.037 W/(m.k) (20/80°C). - Fire rating A1 according to the standard EN 13 501.1.
Galvanised steel backward plug fans for sizes 08 to 38, aluminium backward plug fans for sizes 48 to 120, with built-in EC Motor.
Fitted and connected switch. Right or left hand access and connection sides according to air circu-
lation direction.
Construction sizes 08 to 38
Inside and outside finish of Z275 galvanised steel. Construction in line, connection by circular flanges with category D
seals. Standard G4 filter, M5 or F7 HEP (High Energy Performance) optional
filter. 4 holders/retaining brackets provided. Access cover secured when the unit is attached upside down.
Construction sizes 48 to 120
Unit delivered with 100mm feet. Construction in line, connection by rectangular flanges. Standard mini-pleat M5 filter, M5 + F7 HEP or M5 + F9 HEP (High
Energy Performance) mini-pleat optional filters.. Grain-effect exterior finishes made of RAL7024 dark grey pre-lac-
quered galvanised steel ; RC3 corrosion-resistant, RUV3 ultravio-
let resistant, according to EN 10169.
Interior finishes of Z275 galvanised steel.
Roof mounted in EX version. KSDR 120 : damper integrated into the unit between filtration and coil,
for coil antifrost function or CH 38 ERP French fire regulation compli-ance. Optional damper for EI models.
Control
Mounted/connected CORRIGO control, integrated into the unit with offset touch control, allowing 3 operating modes:

VAV - VARIABLE AIRFLOW MODE
Fan speed variation
- Airfl ow function of a 0-10 V signal coming from the extraction, remote control, an external sensor (CO2, temperature, hygrometry, etc.) or a remote control (M/A + variation).
- Fresh air counterbalance according to kitchen extraction,- Single-zone installations which require the fan to be adapted according to the occupation.
CAV - CONSTANT AIRFLOW MODE
Fan speeds defi ned according to a precise airfl ow
- Manual entry (m3/h) of 2 airfl ow setting points such as 0-LS-HS. Manual operation or by time slot.- Viewing of values on the display, manual switching, by clock or external contact.
- Installations that require the control of one or more precise airfl ows.
COP - CONSTANT PRESSURE MODE
Automatic variation of the fan speed to maintain a constant pressure
- Constant pressure value measured by an external sensor (optional) located in the supply duct network.
- Multi-zone installations connected to a modulation of terminal airfl ows.
Motorisation
Backward plug fan connected to an EC Motor. Single or three phases motor with heat protection managed electron-
ically, by 0-10V control or ModBus: - KSDR 08/18: Single phase 230V (200-277V), 50/60Hz, IP44, category B. - KSDR 28: Single phase 230V (200-277V), 50/60Hz, IP54, category B. - KSDR 38: Three phases 400V (380-480V), 50/60Hz, IP54, category B. - KSDR 48: Three phases 400V, 50/60Hz, IP54, category B. - KSDR 88/120: Three phases 400V, 50/60Hz, IP54, category F.
Electrical heaters (EI models)
304L stainless steel resistance. Overheat control: automatic resetting at 75°C, manual resetting at
120°C. Proportional control by static relay for the 1st stage followed by se-
quencing for the subsequent stages. Electrical load relief control possible on 1 or 2 stages (sizes 48 to 120).
Heating/reversible water coils (Models EC / ER / ECF / EGC)
2, 3 or 4 rows coils, depending on the model, with copper tubes and aluminium fins, in a galvanised steel frame; threaded coil headers.
Right or left hand connection in the air direction. Anti-freeze protection by contact sensor. Coil(s) mounted on slide rail which is accessible by a side hatch. Stainless steel drip tray and droplet separator if reversible. Motorised 3 ways valve (24V) proportional with 0-10V signal provided,
optionally for sizes 48/88/120, not fitted.
Cooling water coils (EF/ECF models)
3 or 4 rows coils, depending on the model, with copper tubes, alumin-ium fins on a galvanised steel frame; threaded coil headers.
Right or left hand connection in the air direction Coil(s) mounted on slide rail which is accessible by a side hatch. Stainless steel drip tray and droplet separator. Motorised 3 ways valve (24V) proportional with 0-10V signal provided,
optionally for sizes 48/88/120, not fitted.
Direct expansion coil (EX) - (sizes 48 to 120)
Coil with 2 or 3 rows to run in evaporation or condensation mode. Copper tubes and collectors, aluminium fins in a galvanised steel
frame. Stainless steel drip tray and droplet separator.
Glycol water coils (EG/EGC models) (1 coil provided) - (sizes 48 to
120)
6 rows coils, with copper tubes, thick aluminium fins in a galvanised steel frame ; threaded coil headers.
Right or left hand connection in the air direction. Coil(s) mounted on slide rail which is accessible by a side hatch. Optional motorised 3 ways valve (24V) proportional with 0-10V signal,
not fitted. The EGC model has an additional heating coil (EC model).

(B) Glycol water coil taken into account :The control can manage the circulation pump of the glycol water coil :- all or nothing (without the use of a by-pass valve in the circuit),- all or nothing with control of the by-pass valve,- at a variable speed without a by-pass valve.
(C) Direct expansion coil taken into account :The control of the direct expansion coil must be managed by the direct expansion unit, coordinated by a 0-10V signal proportional to a warm or cold need.The Corrigo controller has a signal input for DX group defrosting, to stop the ventilation in this case.

KSDR ECOWATT® with EG glycol water coil
Use of the glycol water coil with a second coil of the same frontal sur-face area (10 rows with optimised circuits and fin pitches), installed at the air extraction unit of the building. The circulation loop is controlled by the CORRIGO of the KSDR.
Heat transfer fluid : glycol water with 30% ethylene glycol in volume.
