Add beans, green chilies and chicken stock. Stir. Add seasonings and stir well. Reduce heat and simmer to incorporate flavors (about half an hour). Add cream and mix well. To thicken chili (if desired) mix cornstarch with a small amount of water (1 2 tbsp). Bring chili to a boil, pour in cornstarch mixture and stir well. Add more or less to desired thickness. Add more seasoning if desired. Serve hot topped with desired garnishes.
