CompactDry™ TC CompactDry™ TC is a medium for total viable bacterial count. Growing colonies appear red due to redox indicator tetrazolium salt.

18 months long shelf life

Room Temperature Storage

Easy to UsePour sample on plate,

place cap on, and incubate.

CompactDry™ is a ready to use system reducing the time needed to perform microbial colony counting on FOOD, BEVERAGE, MEAT, COSMETICS, AND RAW MATERIALS. Place 1ml of sample onto the CompactDry™ plate and incubate. Colonies grow and develop specific colors due to chromogenic substrates, providing for easy organism differentiation and counting.

3

Easy to handle and pick up. Rigid plastic frame with easy

opening and removable lid.

Convenient labeling area.

CompactDry™ TC CompactDry™ TC is a medium for total viable bacterial count. Growing colonies appear red due to redox indicator tetrazolium salt.

Self-Diffusing Media. Sample diffuses

automatically and evenly. No need

for spreader!

Stackable and space saving.

HOW TO USE

Remove protective cap from CompactDry™ plate.

Specimen diffuses automatically into the plate, transforming the dry medium to gel.

Re-cap, and incubate for prescribed time. Count the number of colonies on a light box or the new Compact Dry Reader™, Cat. no. CDR1.

Drop 1ml of specimen (dilute if necessary) in the middle of dry sheet.

CompactDry™ETB (Enterobacteriaceae)For the isolation and quantification of Enterobacteriaceae that will appear magenta in color. Genera of Enterobacteriaceae consists of: Citrobacter, Enterobacter, Escherichia, Klebsiella, Morganella, Proteus, Salmonella, Serratia, Shigella, Yersinia and more. 100/pk ETB100

CompactDry™LS (Listeria)For the selective growth, presumptive identification, and enumeration of Listeria spp. 100/pk LS100

CompactDry™YM(Yeast and Mold) Yeasts and mold can be differentiated by color. Molds form colonies with a blueish color. 100/pk YM100

CompactDry™TC (Total Count) For total viable bacte-rial count. Growing colonies appear red. 100/pk TPC100

CompactDry™EC (E. coli and Coliforms) Contains two kinds of chromogenic substrates: Coliforms turn red. E coli turns blue. 100/pk EC100

CompactDry™XSA (Staphylococcus aureus) For the selective growth and differentia-tion of Staphylococcus aureus. Staphylococcus aureus growth results in blue green colonies.
