Quick Start GuideBrief steps to start using SIM eSourcing
Check your email to activate your account
Step 2Register an account

Org ID: Take note of this as it is required during login
Login into the system with your credentials

Org ID is given in activation email
Wait for SIM to approve your account –an email will be sent to you. This could take up to several working days. You can browse the opportunities listing but not able to participate yet.
Step 6You will be re-directed to “My Dashboard” – All your notifications and updates will be displayed here.

Browse open Opportunities listing to start participating. Click on the project that you want to participate

Input your questions here and submit. SIM Procurement Team will answer your queries
Have questions? Post it on the Clarification Board or view questions posted by other vendors
All clear? Submit your proposal!
Congratulations! Your submission is successful! – Now wait for Award result!

In-Depth GuidePre-Login
HomeThis is the starting screen for SIM eSourcing website. On this screen, you can only view open opportunities and their brief introduction. You are required to login into the system in order to gain more information of the opportunities listed. If you do not have an account, you may register an account with us.
List of open opportunities – open to public
View Frequently Asked Questions
Login ID – created by yourself during registration
Contact information
Link to reset password in case you have forgotten your password
Links to register new account
Organisation ID – will be generated and emailed to you
Password – will be set when you activate your account via activation link sent to your email
Add your contact information
Registration
Select your country where your business is registered. You can also type in in the grey box to filter out your country quickly. Same applies to the rest of drop down lists,
Below is the Registration form. All fields are self-explanatory and compulsory. Once you have submitted your registration, an email will be sent to you to set your password along with other information.
Create your Login ID
Put both as YES
RegistrationOnce you have submitted your registration, you will see a success message on top right. An email will be sent to you informing about your registration.
You will have to wait for SIM Procurement Team to vet and approve your registration before you can login into the system. Once your registration is approved, you will be notified via email as well.

Forgot PasswordIn the event you have forgotten your password, key in your given Organisation ID emailed to you during registration and the login ID you created.An email will be sent to you with a link to reset your password

Open OpportunitiesIf you are not logged in, you can view the all the open RFQ/Tender listed by SIM and its affiliates, but you would not be able to download the documents or participate.
Search via RFQ/Tender Number
Filter RFQ/Tender by different criteria. Uncheck those that are not relevant to you. Sort by Closing Date or
Published Date
Toggle sort Ascending or Descending

Open Opportunities – Detail PageIf you are not logged in, you can view the all the open RFQ/Tender listed by SIM and its affiliates, but you would not be able to download the documents or participate.
Important information regarding the project
You can view the documents but not able to download without logging in
You will not able to participate if you are not logged in or if your account is not yet verified by SIM Procurement Team

DashboardOnce logged in, you can see My Dashboard and all the activities that require your attentions (if applicable). Below explains what each section displays:-
Notification to notify you whether your submitted NDA is Approved or Rejected
Reminders on opportunities that you have expressed interests (downloaded Quotation Documents) that are expiring soon
Newly published opportunities that are relevant to your registered procurement categories
New opportunity that SIM Procurement Team invited you to participate
List of open opportunities
List of opportunities that you have participated previously
User SettingsUnder the Settings icon – you can check your Organisation Profile, Manage Account, Change Password or Sign Out.

Click to add more contact to your company

Note! If you change your details here,Admin will have to re-verify your detailshence your account will not be able to participate in any opportunity for the timebeing
User Settings > Edit Organisation ProfileClicking edit will launch a pop-up window – you can edit the fields accordingly and press SAVE once done.

Click to upload a new file or drag the file into the box
User Settings > Manage AccountClicking edit will launch a pop-up window – you can edit the fields accordingly and press SAVE once done.

User Settings > Change PasswordUnder the Settings icon – you can check your Organisation Profile, Manage Account, Change Password or Sign Out.
Input your new password accordingly
Open OpportunitiesWhen you are logged in, you can see more opportunities available in the listing, with statuses such as “No Award” or “Awarded” – these are not visible to non-registered user.

Open Opportunities > Detail PageWhen you are logged in, you can see more options, such as the Clarification Board and Submit Proposal tab. You can also download the Quotation Documents and see the Price Schedule.

Open Opportunities > Detail Page > NDA required
Click to participate – you will see this button if NDA is required. You will be prompted to upload your NDA form and await for SIM Procurement Team to approve before you can proceed

Input your question here and admin will respond to you within a few days
Click to submit your question
You can post your questions here or view questions posted by other vendors.

Open Opportunities > Detail Page > Submit Proposal
Click to upload file or drag your file into the box.
Maximum file size is as stated in the box
Click to submit your proposal
Once you are ready, you can submit your proposal by filling the form and submit. You can re-submit your proposal so long the opportunity is still active
Input your price in the Price Schedule
Click to edit your price
Amend the default values if it is different than yours
Past ResponseThis page consists of all the opportunities that you have participated in.
