1. Verify your Silverlight installation for Internet Explorer:

Verify your installation by experiencing the Silverlight site in Internet Explorer.

Refer to the boxed message displayed in the pictures below to understand where the Silverlight

verification message is shown on the website:

Or if Silverlight is not installed, message below will be shown

2. Install Silverlight for Internet Explorer:

i. Open Internet Explorer by typing IExplore.exe in Search Window or open Windows Explorer

and navigate to “C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer” and double click on iexplore.exe as

highlighted the picture below:

ii. Browse MMS CRM https://xrm.rslqld.org and Navigate to Payment Entry:

iii. If the Silverlight is not installed, the below screen will be shown:

iv. Click on “Click now to install”, it will ask you to run or save the Silverlight_x64.exe file. Click on

run

v. The below screen will be shown, click “Install now”:

vi. It will show the installation progress:

vii. When the installation completes, click on close:

viii. Now browse “Payment Entry” screen, it will open up without any Silverlight prompts

3. Clean a corrupted installation(Optional):

1. To remove the existing corrupted Silverlight installation:

I. Click “Start”, click “Control Panel”, and then under “Programs”, click “Uninstall a program”.

In the list of programs, click any version of Silverlight such as

• "WPF/E" (codename) Community Technology Preview (Dec 2006),

• "WPF/E" (codename) Community Technology Preview (Feb 2007),

• or Microsoft Silverlight,

II. And then right click and select “Uninstall:

III. It will prompt “Are you sure you want to uninstall Silverlight”, Click on “Yes”:

IV. It will show “Preparing to Remove”:

V. It may ask to close Internet Explorer if it is open, please close Internet Explorer and click

“Ok”

2. After the uninstall process is complete, you can install the latest version of Silverlight by following

the steps provide under “Install Silverlight for Internet Explorer”

4. Silverlight compatible browsers:

Browser: IE 7, IE 8, IE 9, IE 10, IE 11
