Report of Silver Jubilee Celebration of AAIWWA,

Kalyanmayee , Vadodara airport

As per the instruction received from Board of Management of AAIWWA , New Delhi,

AAIWWA, local branch at Vadodara Airport has unanimously decided to celebrate

22 nd the Silver Jubilee of AAIWWA, Kalyanmayee on December 2012 to mark the

occasion of its 25 years of existence.

It was deliberated in the local Kalyanmayee meeting on iz" December 2012 to mark

the occasion by organizing a family get together of the AAI family members. It was

also decided to arrange a cultural program by exploring the in house talent available

among the watch and ward of AAI family members and to invite other agency

representatives working at Vadodara Airport as guests from CISF, Indian Airforce,

IOCl, Reliance, Gujarat Flying Club, Metrological Department, Air India, Jet Airways,

Indigo Airlines etc .

Consequently, the program has been organized at Vadodara airport on 22 nd

December 2012 with the following events under taken .

1. Inauguration of the program at 1930 hrs by Airport Director and Jt. General

Manager (Eng-Elect) , AAI, Vadodara Airport followed by Saraswati Vandana.

2. Cultural program comprising of fancy dress stage show, Traditional costume

show, Children dance program.

3. Musical events

4. Dinner arrangement for AAI family and guests
