Fabric B (light blue toss print) rectangle to each long side of a 9" x 12½" Panel A (Fabric A, snowman with lime green border). Trim Fabric B rectangles even with the long sides of Panel A. Center and sew a 2½" x 13½" Fab-ric B (light blue toss print) rectangle to each short side of Panel A for Block A Center. Carefully centering the Panel A design, trim Block A Center to measure 11" x 14½". Make a total of two Block A Center units.

Finishing1. Prepare backing fabric to measure approx. 54" x 62".2. Lay out the quilt top right side up on the top of the batting

and wrong side of the backing fabric.3. Baste the layers together and quilt as desired. Trim back-

ing and batting even with the quilt top.4. Sew the six 2½" x WOF Fabric E (blue snowflake print)

strips together (end to end) using 45° seams to make a continuous strip. Fold strip in half lengthwise (with wrong sides together) and press. Bind as desired.
