Use Tropoxy Primer to enhance adhesion of Elastomeric Silicone coatings to a variety of porous and non-porous substrates. Eliminates asphalt bleed-through on BUR and Modified roofing systems. Applied to a smooth surface, the coverage rate is approximately 200 to 400 square feet per gallon. Porous surfaces will require additional primer. Too much primer will reduce adhesion strength.
