Convoluted Bellows

Thin walled moulded rubber bellows are available from stock in red, grey, green, blue and white natural rubber for use in vibratory sleeves in 4 “, 6”, 8” and 10 “bore sizes ”. Other materials are available to order including FDA food grade, Neoprene, Silicone, EPDM, Nitrile and anti-static rubber.

Mandrel- Built Seamless Rubber Sleeves

Mandrel-built seamless rubber sleeves consist of a seamless rubber tube produced with a smooth internal bore and cloth mark outer finish. These sleeves have no bonded seam and can be used as cement loading chutes, discharge chutes and silo rubber sleeves. A full range of mandrel-built sleeves ranging from 1 ½” to 20” diameter with a 1/8” wall are available from stock in both Tan Para rubber and FDA white food quality natural rubber.

Rubber Sleeves We offer seamless or joined

rubber sleeves manufactured from a range of rubber materials. Our seamless rubber sleeves are mandrel wrapped and can be supplied with cloth wrap, smooth or ground finish. They can also be reinforced with cotton or nylon to increase the tensile strength. Our join/vulcanized rubber sleeves can be manufactured using any of the rubber sheeting shown in our sealing and jointing section. Sleeves can be butt joined and reinforced using an external overlap strip

WESTERN - Straight Silicone Rubber Ducts

These are silicone rubber ducts made for the joining of similar sized pipes. Lighter than stainless steel tubes and also flexible they make a convenient means of connecting components together.

They are made of Virgin translucent silicone rubber compliant to CFR(FDA) standard 177.2600 and USP class VI. (Certificate supplied with each duct).

The ducts have been designed to compensate for reasonable levels of misalignment in all planes.

As the ducts are translucent, powder flow within the duct is visible

WESTERN-Curved Ducts

Curved ducts are used to make the joining of similar sized pipes .The ends are moulded to replace the gasket used in standard quick couplings and provide crevice free smooth transitions

They are made of Virgin translucent silicone compliant to CFR(FDA) standard 177,2600 and USP class VI. Moulded in a class 100,000 clean room.(Certificate provided with each flexi duct)

These Ducts are clamped to adjacent flanges using standard clamps and a specially designed clamping ring. The clamping ring is removable. For non-flanged pipes the flexi ducts can be attached using a standard band clamp

WESTERN-Triangular Duct

Triangular ducts are used in the joining of dissimilar sized pipes The ends are moulded to allow them to be used in place of the basket of a standard quick coupling. Ideal for absorbing vibration and also for allowing manipulation to dislodge any bridges that form at the restriction

They are made of Virgin translucent silicone rubber compliant to CFR(FDA) standard 177,2600 and USP class VI. moulded in a class 100,000 clean room.(certificate supplied with each duct)

They can be pushed in on itself to allow simple connectors to be made between a fixed height outlet and inlet to another vessel e.g. discharging from a blender or mill into a mobile vessel.
