1. The on-site event auction will begin at 1:00 pm Sunday, January 20, 2013 at the Metropolitan Kitchen & Lounge, West Street, Annapolis;

2. The overall auction will end at 10:00pm on Sunday, January 20, 2013; 3. cash, checks, and credit cards accepted at time of auction close; 4. Payment from non-attending, email, or non-present winning bidders must

be made within 72 hours of close of auction, or item will be offered to next highest bidder;

5. Email bids may be placed on the Event Bid Sheets at any time during the auction;

Email Bidders

1. Bids will be accepted via email at [email protected] beginning Thursday, January 17, 2013 at 8:00am;

2. Please be specific when describing the item you wish to bid on. Use the title from the Catalog page;

3. Prior to the event: you will receive an email confirmation of your email bid the day of your bid. You will be notified, via email, if your bid is less than the minimum bid, or if a competitive bid is greater than your bid.

4. During the event: you can receive information about current bid values and increase or request new bids on your behalf up until the close of the auction;

5. You may provide a maximum bid and instruct the Silent Auction Representative to increase the current bid, by a specified increment, up to your maximum bid.

6. No email bids will be taken after 9:45pm.

I am Eric Roberge; originally from France but I’ve been living in Annapolis since 1957. Many of my earliest inspirations came from visiting museums in Paris, France, with my grandmother. A few years ago, I started working with reclaimed objects—wood, crab and oyster shells, bones, rocks and feathers. Prior to that I'd mainly drawn on paper and painted on canvas, wood and cardboard. I believe my favorite pieces are the ones that have been able to express the emotion, memory or thought I was feeling in the creative process.
