Silca’s key blanks product range is the most complete and updated world wide, with over 66.000 different key blank articles dedicated to any kind of use: from airplanes to mail-boxes keys.
The yearly key blanks production is stated around 230 million key blanks. Every day two new keys are added to Silca’s key product range.
Key blanks production means a complex mixture of several different technologies and articulated production where and logistic flows are mastered in compliance with “lean manufacturing” principles.
A balanced combination of in-house “competence centers” for developing tools and machineries and a network of external suppliers allowing high flexibility and a competitive hedge on the market place.

Key Cutting MacKey Cutting MachinesSilca’s Key Cutting Machine System includes the production of machines and dedicated accessories for any type of duplication center up to the production of customized duplicating and originating systems for Lock and Automotive Industry.
Silca’s Key machines product range is wide and very specialized covering the needs of the key duplication business, including a dedicated range of transponder devices developed support the most evolutes requests.
Over 9.000 Key Cutting Machines are produced and sold on an yearly base in more than 250 different model versions.
