‘Leaders are not born, they are made’- this line of thought forms the cornerstone of the MBA-HHM program of Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences. To translate this thought into action the Leadership Development Series of MBA-HHM 2013- 15 was initiated on 16 August 2014 by our very

own thought-leader, Dr. Rajiv Yeravdekar.
Driven by the dedicated efforts of the placement team and the wholehearted support of our faculty, this initiative witnessed the participation from several notable dignitaries of the healthcare industry. Through this event the students received the ideal platform to interact with thought leaders from varied healthcare domains and imbibe learning from their experiences and insights.
The thought leaders wholeheartedly shared their wealth of wisdom and inspired the students to pursue their aspirations with increased zeal and vigor. The Leadership Development Series truly succeeded in enhancing the potential of the students as well as acquainting them with the demands and challenges of the healthcare industry. Thus, with heightened enthusiasm and a vision to excel, the students of Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences prepare to embark on their journey in the Healthcare sector.

EVENTS
Blood Donation Campaign:Students spread awareness during an entire week about blood donation by performing skits, street plays and demonstrations. People participate en masse to be part of the drive and donate blood. The activity is managed and organized by students of MBA(HHM).
Pandharpur Wari:The students of MBA (HHM) organize and participate in the annual pilgrimage known as Pandharpur Wari as part of their community project. They have the first-hand and unique experience of this annual yatra that attracts millions of pilgrims. The Warkari event help students strategize, coordinate, control, motivate and cooperate with one another.
Fitness for Freedom Run:The event is conducted by the University Sports Board with the dedicated efforts and contribution of the students of SIHS. It brings the Symbiosis family together as one to encourage the spirit of unity and fraternity in all.
Panache:Panache is the cultural and sports fest. SIHS is committed to develop physical, mental, emotional and spiritual faculties of the students. Panache is an endeavor shaping the students into thorough professionals with holistic competences. It is a platform to showcase the covert and overt talents of the future managers.
Conferences and Seminars:Students present papers and posters at various conferences and seminars, at National and International platforms.
