Backed by its 70 years of application and manufacturing knowledge in thefield of ring-section multistage pumps, SIHI Pumps has developed its newSIHImulti in order to address today’s needs of industrial and processapplications, namely increased performances and reliability combined withreduced life-cycle costs.

The SIHImulti range of horizontal, ring-section multistage pumps are for high-pressureapplications and meet the technical requirements of ISO 5199 / EN 25199. By adopting anadvanced modular design, the number of parts is reduced while maximizinginterchangeability. Optimal selection of impeller diameter and diffuser size ensures that thepump closely matches the required duty conditions. Axial thrust is balanced by a newlydesigned and patented drum system that does not need tight, wear-sensitive runningclearances to efficiently control recirculation flow in the balance line. This design benefitensures that recirculation flow rate is greatly reduced.
