Signing  up  for  an  Edmodo  Account  and  Joining  Your  Group  

Go  to  http://www.edmodo.com/  Click  on  I’m  a  Student  

 Enter  your  group  code:  ttutro  Create  a  Username  that  begins  with  your  first  name  and  last  initial.  Create  a  Password  Enter  your  email  address  Enter  your  First  and  Last  Names  

 Take  a  look  at  the  home  page  to  get  acclimated.    There  is  also  a  parent  code  on  the  right  if  your  parents  want  to  join  and  check  on  your  progress.  

 Click  on  Account  (top,  right)  and  choose  Settings  to:  -­‐choose  a  picture  or  icon  for  your  account.  -­‐change  notification  settings.  IF  you  have  entered  your  email  address  you  can  choose  to  have  an  email  sent  to  you  when  something  new  is  posted.    You  may  also  choose  to  have  a  text  message  sent  to  your  phone  to  notify  you  of  new  posts  to  the  group.    (Please  make  sure  that  you  have  a  text  plan  that  will  cover  these  texts  at  no  charge  and  ask  your  parents  about  it.)  

 

Try  posting  a  note  to  MrsJacksonMCHS  or  2013-­‐2014  Honors  English  II.        Please  complete  the  poll  posted  on  5/13/13.      There  is  an  Edmodo  App  available  for  smartphones  should  you  choose  to  download  it.
