Hearing Care Professional Bingo Play along for opportunities to win each month — follow these 3 simple steps to get started:

1 Match your activities with items on the bingo card: Choose to either print a hard copy or save this PDF digitally and track your progress by checking off all activities you complete by marking off your squares.

2 Play One Bingo Card each month: Attached are individual cards for September, October, November, and December3 Submit your entries on a Weekly and/or monthly basis for chances to win! Every entry counts toward the weekly,

monthly and grand prize drawings. See Details on Bingo Rules, Submitting Cards and winner drawings below.

SUBMITTING • Email the pdf or image of your Styletto X Challenge Bingo Card progress to StylettoXChallenge@signiausa.com – any

cards submitted direct to reps will not be eligible.

• All submissions count towards the weekly, monthly and grand prize drawing, so no matter when you play - from now to December - you will have a chance to win big!

• For Weekly drawings - Submit cards by the end of day each Friday to be entered. Winners will be picked on Mondays and each territory’s Signia Sales Representative will contact the winners directly.

• NOTE – You can only win 1 weekly drawing in your territory each month – if you win one you can keep submitting for more entries into the monthly drawings and grand prize.

• For Monthly drawings – Submit cards by midnight on the last day of each month to be entered. Winners will be picked on the first business day of the next month and each territory’s Signia Sales Representative will contact the winners directly.

• Any entries received after the dates and times noted above will be held for the next week and or months, drawings.

• You decide when to submit – you can submit weekly, monthly or anywhere in between – but every time you submit you restart with a blank card

• EXAMPLE: You take a picture and submit your September card via email on 9/11 with 1 line completed so you get 1 entry into that week’s drawing, the monthly drawing and the grand prize drawing. To keep playing you have to “erase” the line you completed and submitted and start the September card over again. You can continue to play and submit that card through the end of the month – noting that each time you submit it you restart it again. And at the beginning of the next month you start the October card.
