The BS-1500 series are configurable converters with 0...4-20 mAselectable analog output, DIN guide mounting.Thermocouple, RTD, mV, mA input can be selected.These low price BS-1500 transmitters are developed to coverthe mass-market segment for signal conditioners in industrialprocesses.

The BS-1500 is a new generation of configurable signalconditioners developed to cover the low-cost transmitterniche placed under our LS-3000 advanced series.

This market sector achieves with this series the bestavailable quality/price relationship without renouncingto foremost specifications of medium range models.

The available configurable functions are as follows:

Input type, units, decimal point, type of output, etc.

Optionally, can be measuring electric variables as Voltageor Current ac/dc or RMS values, Ohms, Frequency Hz,etc.

The analog output are generated by a state-of-the-artD/A converter, that includes 1000 V galvanic insulationand selectable direct or reverse output.

Both 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA range types can be selected.

The BS-1500 series can be configured through a dedicatedport and a proprietary interface using a simple program-tool from PC (under Windows® environment) getting theconfiguring task on BS-1500 instruments be easily andquickly done.

The safety functions in BS-1500 series have taken a largedesign time of our engineers. In this way this new seriesincludes an improved Watchdog function that joined to acompact design with smaller power consumption it offers awide margin of security as result. In what concerns totransmitting security it provides a wide range of sophisticatedfunctions like digital filters, etc. assuring the highest grade ofsecurity available.

APPLICATIONS: Analog transmission of analog variables in industrial

processes. Allowing direct input for temperature sensorsand all kind of signal transmitters in applications as:
