SIGMA
Sigma Transformer model has a double table that can be moved independently of each air tray. These surfaces are bidirectional and measure 600 x 1300 mm; pants are positioned, moves to the area where the laser is recorded and returns to the point of origin. When the pants back the operator turns around and makes advance to the area of laser getting record the front and back in the same opera-tion. The garment is finished.
It allows two open folded pants or four in each advance with only one operator.
The laser tube that incorporates this machine is 200, 300 or 600W and it’s suitable for high production.
One of the most important advantages is that the laser never stops, it is always firing and this causes no downtime in production.
The laser area can change according to the needs of the customer in every moment of 600 to 1300 mm.
The operator positions the garment in the band with a camera and display system that will facilitate its placement eliminating the possibility of defects in production.

Le champ du travail du laser peut varier selon les besoins du client à chaque instant de 600 à 1300 mm.
L'opérateur positionne le vêtement dans la bande avec un système de caméra et un affichage qui facilite son placement en éliminant la possibilité de défauts de production.
