Historic Downtown Grapevine brings new respect to the word vintage. Step aboard the Grapevine Vintage Railroad, Grapevine’s very own vintage train excursion, where you will have the opportunity to taste a few of the vintages offered by one of our local winery tasting rooms. You will also experience the vintage artistry of glassblowing, bronze sculpting, blacksmithing and canvas artwork. Next, your tour guide will introduce you to Grapevine’s newest public art addition, “Peace Circle,” commemorating a meeting, held

right here in Grape Vine Springs, of Republic of Texas President Sam Houston and the chiefs and leaders of 10 Native American nations. Finally, the “9/11 Flight Crew Memorial” is a must-see during your tour as one of only four memorials commissioned by the 9/11 Foundation. This memorial not only recognizes those who lost their lives on that dreadful day, but also those who continue dedicating theirs to making air travel what it is today.
