Side Button Shorty

Materials: Caron One Pound yarn in Taupe, size J crochet hook, four 2” buttons, sewing needleand sewing thread.

Gauge: sc, dc, sc = 1”, 3 rows pattern = 1”

Finished Size: Will fit most adults

ROW 1: With Taupe and J hook ch-67, sc 2nd ch from hook, (dc next ch, sc next ch) across tolast ch, dc last ch, ch-1, turn. (66 sts)ROW 2: (Sc next st, dc next st) across, ch-1, turn.ROW 3: Sc next st, dc next st, leave remaining sts unworked, ch-1, turn. (2 sts)ROW 4: Sc next st, dc last st, fasten off.ROW 5: With Taupe and J hook join in 2nd st end row 3, ch-1, dc same st as beg ch-1, (sc nextst, dc next st) across, ch-1, turn.
